Jim is Managing Director and a founder of Lucidity Digital. First internet experience was after getting a job and LEASING a Wang PC in 1992 for £2000 (punts for the youngsters) and connecting to Indigo... There was very little money left after paying for those each month... enjoy family time, golf time, Leinster rugby time, and when allowed Guinness time.

Guy
Guy is the Director of Sales & Marketing; a founder of Lucidity Digital and is a prolific Tweeter and Four Squarer.
He does not play as much golf as he would like, has been a Leinster Rugby Season ticket holder for a number of years, loves a coffee and is married to Avril and has three kids.

Niki
Niki is our Project Manager, his experience as both a web designer and developer, gives him a good insight into what’s involved in all aspects of the process.
He’s a self-confessed gadget nut, and you’ll usually find him within reach of some kind of Apple product!

Dermot has been senior developer at Lucidity since 2004. He specialises in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Ruby on Rails.

Shai's previous experience as a ninja prepared him well for his current and more challenging job as a web developer. When he's not wrestling with Internet Explorer or automating our processes, he's soothing the office with authentic renditions of traditional Irish ballads.

Conor has recently joined Lucidity Digital as Business Development Manager. He claims to be a golfer, both directors beg to differ after a recent outing. He is a keen rugby fan and follows Leinster Rugby and the Irish team; he is known to enjoy a pint of Heineken at the Leinster Rugby fans HQ in Donnybrook (Kiely’s). He is married to Kate and has one daughter

Philip
Philip is first and foremost a sport nut, stand in his way of that and tantrums may ensue. For the winter its oval ball as player and spectator and in the summer, triathlons are on the menu. When not outdoors dueling with the elements, he can be found in front of a screen, or sometimes multiple screens. A lover of all things social media, he will not be debunked by ideas that his generation are emotionally detached. A journalist by trade he has been drawn in by the dark side of the digital.
