IT security and disaster recovery
An IT disaster will always result in loss, whether that’s time, data, or lost business. Disaster recovery is about mitigating that loss. This can be done very effectively with a small amount of planning.

Should the worst case scenario happen e.g. a business premises burns down, we can have users continuing on their day to day work from a temporary premises / homes within hours. We do this by ensuring clients use the correct type of software that allows for this to take place, i.e.: an email system that also records the emails externally allowing users to log on from a remote connection in the case of a disaster. We also put in place a full backup check and an offsite routine.
Security of your network is also of paramount concern to us. Network security is not just about firewalls, its also about how your data is stored, who has access to your data, is company data stored permanently on laptops, mobile devices. What is your password policy, what client data do you keep and how is it secured?
